Becky's Chocolate Party: A Close Up

Oh ladies, did we have fun at the Chocolate Parties yesterday!  As you can see from the pictures, there was lots of chocolate to go around (and that’s not even all of the different chocolate items that we had)!  Mix all of that in with the Eat Chocolate stamp set that everyone walked home with and the fun projects we made and you’ve got a great party!

I thought you might like to see a few pictures from the party.  Nobody seemed too overly excited about having their picture taken so I’ll stick to hand shots, can you guess who’s hands they are?

Decorative Label Punch

Here’s the Decorative Label punch in use with the Eat Chocolate stamp set!

Working hard

I bet nobody can guess who these bright fingernails belong to!  For those of you who attended the afternoon party, yes, I did remember to do this project in the correct order with the second party (those of you who were there know what I mean. . . .)

Fnished Project

Here’s one of the finished projects!  You’ll probably see some of the other projects posted on here eventually.

A Special purse

I showed you this project yesterday but wouldn’t tell you what was in it.  Believe it or not, I made two of these purses so someone from each party could win it as a door prize!  So, what was in it?

The winner!

One purse housed a box of brownie mix and the other had a chocolate cake mix!  The front pocket holds a jar of sprinkles but my picture didn’t come out very well so I don’t have that to show you.  Congratulations to Minna who won the purse in the afternoon and Laura who won it in the evening!  Both ladies have Stampin’ Up! parties coming up . . . . wonder if we’ll see any of these goodies there?

Scrap Club Layout

And, I have one last picture to share with you.  Between the two parties, believe it or not, I sat down and came up with this scrapbook layout for Scrap Club which will be meeting this Monday.  I’m very pleased with it and I hope those in the club will be happy as well!  This picture doesn’t really do the pages justice.  You can’t see the snowflakes stamped on the white strips or the embossing on the lower Bashful Blue strips.  Perhaps I’ll have to post close up pictures another day.

If you weren’t at the Chocolate Party we missed you and hope you will join us again another time!  In the meantime, I look forward to stamping with a bunch of you ladies in Bel Air this evening at Wendi’s party!
