We had so much time with the Date night last night! We had a lovely candlelight dinner with chicken casserole, salad, fresh homemade bread . . . Chocolate Pie, and cookies! Yummy!
After that we got to creating! I thought you might like to see the project the guys made for their wives. They used the Bordering on Romance stamp and new Blushing Bride Pleated ribbon on a candle! Unfortunately I didn’t think to take a picture of the candles the guys made, I thought they did a pretty good job for their first candles!
Thank you to those of you who have made a donation for the Big Shot and dies for Shrewsbury Christian Academy! Don’t forget, I will be donating 20% from Stampin’ Up! orders placed on Feb. 14 to the cause! You can view more information here.

What a neat idea to have the men make a Valentine’s gift for their wives. Personally, I’d keep that candle until I died knowing he spent time to do this for me. The candle is simply beautiful!
This is so lovely. My husband usually just buys flowers. It’s easier for him. I would love for him to make me something.
Date Night was outstanding! I’m not sure which was more fun: Eating a delicious dinner, creating, or overhearing the men’s comments while they were creating! (If you missed it, be sure to sign up for next year!)
