Cherry Cobbler Apothecary Art Card

Cherry Cobbler Apothecary Art Card

I’m excited to share a couple different things with you today!  This first project is a card using the Apothecary Art stamp set available in the Occasions Mini Catalog.  I love this set!  I saw a card very much like this one and knew I needed to use the idea, changing it ever so slightly.

Here it is.  Isn’t it beautiful?!  I’m not sure if you can tell in either picture, but I placed little tiny Basic Pearls on the stamped flowers.  They’re lovely!  The background paper is from the Twitterpated Designer Series Paper.

The Occasions Mini Shares supplies have come in a day earlier than expected!  I have begun cutting and seperating, I’ll let you know as soon as they are ready to pick up.

Lastly, I thought you might like to see this school project Jaan made (with direction from me).  Next Monday is the 100th day of school so the kindergarten class is having a party.  Each student is to come up with a project using 100 something.  Jaan made this project using 100  pieces of Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper!  We did add a black glimmer brad for the doorknob and Everyday Enchantment Brads (Free for Sale-A-Bration) to the center of the flowers to add a little texturized fun.

I’m excited that this project is 12×12 in size!  It’s going to be so easy to scrapbook this special day in Jaan’s life!  I’ll have to keep that 12×12 size idea in mind for future school projects the boys make!

I hope you’ve enjoyed the projects shared today.  I always love to see your comments when you have a moment to leave them.  Thank you!

  1. So many great things! I love the Apothecary card! It is beautiful! The ribbon is exciting too – although surely more fun for us, than the cutter! 🙂 And lastly, Jaan project is terrific! What a great job he did and it was clever to use 100 pieces of paper. I bet that will be a hit in class!

  2. Very pretty card. I absolutely love Jaan’s project. Good job!

  3. WOW! Jaan, you did a FANTASTIC job on your project! It looks GREAT!

And Becky, your card is beautiful, too, hope you don’t mind, but I’m gonna CASE it!
See you tonight at the Library.

  4. That card is so beautiful! Now more things to order!!!! Love Jaan’s design! How clever! Just like his Mom.
