Christmas Card Kick-Off Class

Christmas Card Kick-Off Class

I am so excited about all the new Christmas goodies in the Holiday Catalog.  I’m already having a great time creating!  Some years it’s taken a bit to get into the mode of making Christmas card, but I sat down the other morning and created 7 different cards in no time.  Getting new stamps and dies has been a great inspiration!

We’re having a great time creating with new Christmas items in the Christmas Card Kick-Off Class!  Check out this card which we are making in class!

If you haven’t RSVP’d to join us yet, I hope you will!  We have two more class dates available for this class.

  1. Where did the summer go? Thank you for sharing the “Christmas Card Kick-Off Class “. This card is so awesome, I can almost feel the cooler weather already although we are still in the 90’s. Have a great weekend Becky. (:

  2. That’s one heck of a lovely card.

  3. can you tell me the background is that paper or stamped -Thanks

  4. such a stunning card! would you mind sharing the technique? I’m in Canada and have obviously missed your class. Did you stamp the island indigo colour or use a rubber roller?

    • Hi Jen,

This is a pretty simple card. We embossed the stars, using white embossing powder, onto Island Indigo cardstock. Then we adhered on the “town”. The back portion was put on with adhesive runner and then the front portion was popped up with dimensionals. I hope that helps!

  5. Love this! Going to CASE for a Christmas card class. I added some Island Indigo sponging in the star area for contrast to make it pop more. TFS!
