Coffee Break Scrapbook Layout

Coffee Break Scrapbook Layout

I’m on a mission to use retiring items more before they actually retire!  In the All Occasion Card class this week we exclusively used retiring stamp sets.  For Scrap Club I’m trying to use up some retiring designer series paper, and so on.

I pulled out the Coffee Break DSP for this scrapbook layout.I am not a coffee drinker, but my husband and youngest son like to enjoy a cup once in a while.  I thought I would make this layout for Ethan.

Ethan came in and saw this layout laying on the table and got very excited when he saw his name on the coffee cup.  “Is this page for my book?”

He was sure I should have some pictures of him drinking coffee so I can get them on the pages . . . but I do not.  He’s just going to have to drink some and have me take his picture.

I look forward to making this layout in Scrap Club this month!  If you don’t have coffee pictures, no worries!  You can flip the designer paper over and find nice patterns on the other sides that don’t have to be coffee related.

If you are a coffee person, you might consider pictures of enjoying coffee with a friend, pictures of the coffee you drink or where you get it from, everyday pictures with your coffee cup in hand . . .

Happy weekend!  I look forward to seeing you in class soon!

  1. “Coffee Break Scrapbook Layout” is a great idea Becky, that’s why Ethan wants some pictures to go with it. Thank you for sharing this great creation.
