I spent a good part of my day today working on items to sell at the Markets at Shrewsbury as well as the Etsy shop I am getting ready to start. Once I have the Etsy shop up and running I will put a link here on my blog so you can visit it. In the meantime, one of the items I worked on today was my message boards. Here are pictures.

Becky, how big are each of these? I’m trying to figure out the size – are they as big as a message board/corkboard one would hang on the wall? Or are they more appropriate to have, for instance, by the telephone to take messages? Very pretty, no matter what the size!

The message boards are 4″ x 6″. They have a magnet on the back so they’re great to hang on the fridge for quick little messages to family members or phone messages. Thanks for your comment!

What a lovely idea to include the cork shapes! Did you run them through a die cutter (if so, which one?), or did you hand-cut them?

We love ours! I hate to have things on the front of the fridge…don’t like the clutter…but this is perched above the water/ice dispenser. It’s been great for jotting down upcoming events/tasks/appointments/etc., since we usually forget to check the calendar regularly. Love it!
