Deer 2017 Scapbook Layout

Deer 2017 Scapbook Layout

My 13 year old son had the opportunity to go hunting for his first time this year.  My dad volunteered to take him out in West Virginia.  He’s a great shot and he was able to shoot a doe!  I’m so very excited for him!

I have not printed the pictures yet, but I do have the scrapbook layout for them!

Here’s a close-up picture of one of the pages.

Scrap Club members who prefer, may wish to use the backside of the Designer Series Paper.  I’ll show you what that looks like so you an prepare accordingly.

So if you would like to add some more color to your layout, you can simply turn over your DSP and you’ll get some Old Olive to mix in there!

Scrap Club members can plan to come and make pages on Monday, December 18 at 1:00 or 6:30, Thursday, December 21, at 1:00, or pick a class date in the New Year to make your pages.  (The class schedule for the new year is in the works . . .)

This layout will work well for outdoors pictures, Christmas pictures (note that we will be making more Christmas layouts in January), wintry snow pictures and so on.

I look forward to seeing you in class soon!

  1. How exciting! That first deer is so wonderful. Please tell
    your son, “Congratulations”!

  2. I love what you have done with the “Deer 2017 Scapbook Layout”. What a great idea using the greens with the black and white, perfect match. Please extend my “Congratulations” to Micah.
