Elegant Soiree Victorian Card

Stampin' Up! Elegant Soiree DSP

I’m excited about this card that I made yesterday.  I wanted to use one of the techniques I was teaching in the Stewartstown Technique Club, it’s always more fun to learn a new technique when you can then see it used on a full project.  I have to admit I don’t always have time to do this for the Tech Club but this time I did!

Do you see the designed paper in the lower left and upper right corners?  Those are the pieces made with the technique we learned last evening.

To make the rest of the card I used the Elegant Soiree DSP, Very Vanilla satin ribbon, a basic pearl, an Antique Brad, the Beautiful Wings embosslit die, Dazzling Diamonds and Chantilly ribbon.

So, what do you think?  It’s not my “typical” style card but I like it.  I think it could really be used for just about any occasion don’t you?  I feel like I could send it for a birthday, a wedding, anniversary, thank you, thinking of you . . . anything!  Well, maybe not to a guy but otherwise . . .

Thank you for taking the time to stop by today!  I hope you’ll take a quick moment to leave a comment.  I always love to hear from you!
