Embrace Life Simple & Elegant Card

Embrace Life stamp set

Today’s card is made with the Embrace Life stamp set.  This is one of the retiring stamp sets used on Pale Plum cardstock which is also retiring.

Pretties Kit

I stamped on the Pale Plum cardstock with Perfect Plum classic ink and then used one of our signo white gel pens to put highlights on the blossoms just like the card I used last Friday.  The ribbon is our Whisper White satin ribbon colored with a Perfect Plum Stampin’ Write Marker and then I added some Pretties.

This is a beautiful card that would work wonderfully for a wedding, wedding shower or other special occasion.  Yes, the Pretties would make this card hard to mail, however, there are plenty of occasions when you can hand deliver a card or include it with a gift.  Honestly, I’d save this for a special occasion myself when I could hand deliver and see the expression on the recipients face!

Thank you for stopping by!  I have lots of fun projects planned to share with you this week.  I hope you’ll take a moment to leave a comment so I can hear from you!

This is a beautiful card, Becky! I love the way the gel pen hi-lighting looks on the leaves. Such a pretty effect!

WoW. This is beautiful. I love the simplicity of it, yet elegant. Something I have to case. Thank you so much!!!
