We’ve been doing a lot of Christmas items the last few days but we need to jump backwards on the calendar and do a little Fall! This is one of the three scrapbook layouts the Scrapbook Club will be making at the Mason Dixon Library next Monday. With the beautiful fall colored leaves this layout would work great for pictures in the pumpkin patch, jumping in a pile of leaves and so much more.
For my pages I used pictures from my sons preschool Fall Party last year. (He’s the clown) At the party I stamped with all the kids making the frames pictured on the page and to the left here. This particular frame is the one my son stamped. I had one I made, however, I gave it to the teacher at the end of the day. If you know a teacher in the local area I would love to do this project or another in their class. Why not mention it to them and see if they are interested?!
Back to Scrap Club . . . we are accepting new members to the club. We meet at the Mason Dixon Library in Stewartstown, PA the 3rd Monday of every month to make six 12×12 scrapbook pages (often in 2-page layouts). The cost of $15.00 is very affordable and I do all the planning and cutting for you! At the club I walk you through assembling your pages and then you add your pictures and walk home with six completed pages in 2 hours or less. It’s always wonderful to walk away with so much accomplished in such a short amount of time! Many in the club have commented on how relaxing and therapeutic the club is.
If you would like more speicifics please contact me or visit the Mason Dixon Library and my small display there. In order to join us this coming Monday you will need to register by Friday (the 18th.) I’d love to see you there!
