Festive Fireside Class Project

Festive Fireside Class Project

We had a lot of fun creating at the Stamp of the Month classes yesterday using the Festive Fireside stamp set!   We made a couple simple cards and then a few with a little more detail to them.

I want to share one of my favorites but I must say the pictures just doesn’t do it justice!  I love cards with Vanilla card stock and gold embossing, don’t you?Festive Fireside stamp setNow, is it just me, or are you seeing both vanilla and white in this picture?  I need to look at the card again in good lighting and see if I really did use two different colors of paper or if it’s just the camera and lighting playing tricks!  I know I’ve been a little out of it with a head cold, but could I really have used two different shades of paper?  I’ll have to give you that verdict when I’m a little more awake.  I know the class cards used all the same color, but who knows what happened with my own!

In any case, I hope you can catch a hint of the beauty of this card.  We enjoyed making it in class!

Thank you for taking the time to come by today!

  1. Thank you for sharing the “Festive Fireside Class Project” with us today. If you look at the cat real closely, you can see a shadow around him/her that is the same color as the edge of the card, so I think it is the lighting that make it looks like two different colors. Have a great day and hope you feel better.
