Fine Flourish Birthday Card

Fine Flourish stamp set

This card was made using the Fine Flourish stamp set.  I bet there are a lot of you out there who never noticed this stamp in the Idea Book & Catalog.  Don’t worry, it’s easy to miss.  You can find it on page 140, it’s a single stamp with a lot of potential and you can get it for free!  This is one of the stamp sets listed on the last page of the Sale-A-Bration catalog.  How fun is that?!

I want to show you what you can do with this stamp set and an Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Marker . . .

Something to Celebrate stamp set

What do you think of this flourish now?  I used an Early Espresso Stampin’ Write marker to trace some lines and fill in a couple areas.  I think it looks really neat like this!  Isn’t it amazing what a little time and a marker can do?

I hope this has given you a new outlook on the Fine Flourish stamp set.  Leave me a comment if you have a moment and let me know what you think.

I’m really hoping to sit down today for some fun stamping, some stamping not mandated by an upcoming class or party, some stamping purely for the fun of it.  I can’t wait!    Have you taken time to stamp purely for fun lately?  I hope you will find some time this weekend!

Excellent! I am always looking for ‘masculine’ cards that are good to send to the men in my life. Another great one to add to the collection. Thanks!
