I can’t believe I’ve been creating with bright colors so much lately. Summer must be getting to me! My husband said my colors are “getting a little wild.”
I pulled out the Stampin’ Up! Flowering Flourishes and Blooming with Kindness stamp sets for this card. I love swirls and I love pretty script so why not put them together . . . even if it involves bright colors.

Here’s the full card. Once again, this is a card I created to showcase a technique for the Tech Club. Pretty neat don’t you think?
I made this card and liked it so much I made another right on the spot to send to my chemo patient. I am a Chemo Angel with Chemo Angels which is an organization which matches people up with a chemo patient they can write to and encourage. What a wonderful way to use our handmade cards! If you enjoy making cards and you would like to brighten someones day, I encourage you to check out the Chemo Angels and sign up to put your cards to use!
I want to give a quick reminder, don’t forget about our 2012 Holiday Catalog Shares. There is still time to sign up and join in!
Thank you for stopping by today. Happy weekend!

A truly lovely card and for such a good use. I hope you’ll be teaching this technique to us in the Baldwin Tech Club.
Wow – pretty – and bright!
I LOVE bright colors and this card is awesome!!!! Did you mask or use alchohol inks or mists? Nicely done Becky.
I love the “wild” colors any time of year, it keeps one’s spirits up. Great job with the card, color’s and all!!
I think this would be a great pick-me-up for winter too. thanks
