Gold Embossed Gifts of Christmas Card

One of the design teams I’m on has a challenge this week to make a card with no layers.  I’ve got to admit those take a little extra thought for me sometimes.  This time though, it didn’t take me too long.  I wanted to make a card we could also make in the Christmas Card Class tonight.

What do you think?  It’s a very simple and elegant I think.  I used the paper cutter with the scoring blade to score two of the corners, it’s amazing how much that adds to a card!  Of course the gold embossing just finishes off the elegance making the card perfect!

I can’t wait to see a bunch of you at the Card Class tonight!

  2. I love the beauty of this card. I started card making with dry embossing and to date is still makes the most elegant cards. Gold embossing is the second thing I used. So, so elegant and beautiful!! It WILL be a hit.
