Handmade Boxes & Bags Class

I was playing around with the Stampin’ Up! Mini Milk Carton Die (page 23 of the Occasions Mini Catalog) today in preparation for the Boxes & Bags II class next Tuesday.  Have you signed up yet???  This particular carton was decorated with the Totally Tess stamp set which can be found on page 41 of the mini catalog.  Tess is pretty fun because she can wear a black apronand  play with all sorts of stampin’ tools just like me!

Here’s another carton.  This time I used our new Pretty in Pink Satin Ribbon (page 27 Occasions Mini Catalog), Sending Love Specialty paper (page 13 Mini) and the Beautiful Wings Embosslit Die  (page 24 Mini).  I’m not sure if you can see it but in the bottom right corner I stamped “for you” from the Happy Moments Sale-A-Bration set.

And here’s one more.  This time I used the Happy Moments Sale-A-Bration stamp set along with Melon Mambo polka dot ribbon.

I’ve found the Clips Assortment accessories and Library Clips (found on page 179 of the Idea Book & Catalog) to work wonderfully with these cartons!  They make it really easy to hold the carton closed and yet get it back open to get out the goodies!

We will be making one of these boxes for our Boxes & Bags II class on Tuesday, January 26 here at my home in Stewartstown, PA. Can you guess which one?  Leave a comment with your guess and you may win a prize in class!

The last Boxes & Bags class was a great hit so I hope you will join me again to make 3-4 totally different boxes!  These make great packaging for gifts or to set around with a little something (like chocolate!!) in them.  Stay tuned to learn more about the other boxes we’ll be making . . .

  1. Totally missed this class opportunity, but the bags are great! I especially got a kick out of the Stampin’ Up! demonstrator bag–looks just like you! 😉

  2. You got that right, the Stampin’ Up! demonstrator bag does look just like you. I can imagine all the fun you have at these parties. Have fun and keep laughing, it’s the best medicine for us all.
