Handmade Powder Room Sign

Handmade Powder Room Sign

Yesterday I spent a good chunk of the day working on the Silent Auction for Shrewsbury Christian Academy.  I especially had fun sorting through the $300 worth of Stampin’ Up! supplies donated by Stampin’ Up! and putting them into totes to be auctioned!  There’s a large Thirty-One Utility Tote full of cardstock, punches, ink pads, accessories, Craft & Rubber Scissors and more!  There’s also a small Thirty One bag full of similar goodies and then I still have another batch of scrapbooking supplies to get organized too!

Of course there are many more auction goodies as well, everything from Walt Disney World hopper passes, to hand-etched glasses, museum passes, train rides, toys . . . . oh so much!  If you would be interested in information about the Silent Auction happening on November 17 in Shrewsbury, PA, just leave a comment and I will email a flier to you – we would love to have you join us!

Around my auction work, I put together this Powder Room sign.  I was commissioned to make this for someone who is starting a new business in the Baltimore area.  They found a handmade Powder Room sign I made several years ago on my website, and they wanted one similar.  I no longer own the Baroque Motifs stamp set now that it is retired so I used the Flowering Flourishes set to make the background.  I think I like it even more – a little bit of a lighter feel.

Now I’m off to work on some Tea for Two Packets I’ve been commissioned to make.  Hope you have a wonderful day!

  1. I myself think you did a great job on “The Powder Room” sign. Every powder room needs one of those, including mine. Great job Becky and a big thank you for helping with the Silent Auction.

  2. Classy sign! You have been busy -the stampin’ goodies for the auction sound fabulous!

  3. Sounds like you have been b-u-s-y!! Love the powder room sign, and those swirlies!!
