Handmade Tool Belt Box

Handmade Tool Belt

We had a great time creating last night in class!  There were ladies working on the Boxes & Bags class, Special Stationary Storage class and Punch Pals class all at the same time.  We were busy but I thought it was so much fun to see so much creating going on all at once as everyone worked on different projects.

Today’s project would make a wonderful gift bag to give a guy for his birthday or Father’s Day.  I’m very excited about this box!  I got the idea from a fellow stamper but I’m afraid her name was not attached to the document she shared and I got the document a year or more ago.

Close up look

Here’s a close up view.  It’s hard to get a good picture of the shading on the box but hopefully you get the idea.  I used the Paper Piercer Tool along with a Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker to make the faux stitching.  Wouldn’t this look cute with some of the tools stamped from the Totally Tool stamp set sticking out of the pockets?  I don’t have the set or I would have done that.

I am very excited to have this as one of the projects being offered in the Boxes & Bags class currently.  I’ve been enjoying making all the boxes for the Boxes & Bags class as well as the Special Stationary Storage class.  I like making a variety of hand-stamped projects so I enjoy preparing for these classes where the imagination can run wild and create “outside the box.”

If you are interested in joining the Boxes & Bags class, there is still one more date you can sign up for, Thursday, August 5, 6:30 P.M at my home in Stewartstown PA.  If you are interested, please contact me!

I’ll be showing you some more of the projects for this class in the near future I’m sure.  I think they’re so cute!

Love it! If only I could think of some way Chris could use it…. Maybe we can make it a little more heavy duty, and he could use it for those little odds and ends that show up in his pockets at the end of a workday.
