Happiest of Birthdays to You

Happiest of Birthdays to You

Yesterday Jo commented that she sometimes has a hard time coming up with designs for masculine birthday cards.  (Thank you for commenting, Jo!)   I thought I would share this card with you today because I believe it could easily be adapted for a masculine card.

Birthday Card - handmade

You may want to take off the flower embellishment, but I believe this would work well for a guy.   The designed strip on the right is actually stamped, not designer paper, just case you go looking for it.

Once again, I used the Birthday Bliss stamp set for this card.  You might have noticed that I’ve been sharing several things involving this set lately.  I actually created these cards as samples for my upline, with the stamp set which she gave to me for free, if I would make the samples.  I like to take advantage of opportunities like that!  I like free stamp sets and I like having a reason to use a stamp set in many different ways.  So, you’ll be seeing some more of this set in the near future, I’m sure.  (After all, I’ve haven’t had an opportunity to break into many of my other new sets yet.)

Thank you for coming by to visit today!  I hope your day is a wonderful one!

  1. I am also glad that Jo mentioned about having cards for the men in our lives. The “Happiest of Birthdays to You” card that Becky suggests is perfect, I think. Thank you Becky and Jo and have a great day.

  2. Thanks Becky. Think we need a class for men’s cards – Birthday, get well, sympathy. I am so uncreative and need suggestions I can copy!!!
