Delicate Dots DSP & Frog Scrapbook Page

I had a fun time making this scrapbook page this afternoon!  I have a lot of the Delicate Dots DSP left over from Sale – A – Bration and it seemed just right for this page.  To be quite truthful with you, the whole idea for this page evolved from wanting to do a page with a frog made with the Stampin’ Up! punches.  From there I decided to use the DSP, then I chose Bashful Blue for the 12×12 pieces of cardstock, and then I created all the circles followed by the pictures with title and journaling coming in last.

Each scrapbook page I create comes about a different  way.  Sometimes I have the design idea first, other times I pick the pictures and then build the entire page around the pictures.  The key is to take the whatever inspiration there is at the moment and go with it.

For those of you in Scrap Club, I have not decided yet if we will do this set of pages for Scrap Club.  Although the page is not hard, it does take some time to glue all those little circles on  so I’m just going to have to play it by ear and see how time consuming the other pages are.

Very cute! I think that frog is adorable! When I first saw one, I thought of Ethan because I knew you had done his room in frogs.
