Important Announcement from Stampin’ Up!

Important Announcement from Stampin’ Up!

As we gear up for the new catalog (coming out in June!), Stampin’ Up! is starting to release some information to help us prepare.  I want to be sure to pass this information along to you so you can prepare as well!  Please take the time to read all the information!

When the retiring product list comes out, you may note that the Big Shot is going to appear on the list.  Although the machine is retiring, and the plates that go with it, we will still be getting new dies and embossing folders, don’t worry!  Stampin’ Up! is looking at finding a manufacturer they can deal with directly to produce their die cut supplies.  We have recently run into issues with large backorders and even having dies no longer be available when they are still supposed to be available.  Let’s get that fixed!

That being said, there are details to work out.  As the new catalog comes out, new embossing folders and dies will be available from a new supplier and they will work with the Big Shot!  The Big Shot and accessories for the Big Shot will be the items that are unavailable. Stampin’ Up! is looking into a new machine to replace the Big Shot, and I’m sure they will share that with us as soon as reasonably possible, however, not in time for the new catalog.  Thus far they are unable to share a timeline with us.

The Big Shot and Accessories are available now while supplies last.

So, what should you do now?  If you need a Big Shot, this is the time to get it.  If you need additional plates or platforms for your Big Shot, this is the time to purchase those. If there are current dies/embossing folders you like, this is the time to purchase them.  Some of the dies/folders will carry over to the new catalog, but those they are list as retiring (on April 15), they may sell out quickly.  You can contact me with your orders or order online at

The Stampin’ Up! Trimmer and accessories are also retiring and not being replaced immediately.  If you have this trimmer, you will want to stock up on blades.  These items are available while supplies last.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask me!  I am more than happy to help you to the best of my ability.
