My new box of goodies

Stampin up grosgrain ribbonThe Stampin’ Up! narrow grosgrain ribbon came in today.  Whew! that’s a lot of cutting I need to do for the ribbon share!  Anyone want to come help?!

We have 19 colors of the narrow grosgrain ribbon and those who participated in the share will receive 5 feet of each color.  Please be understanding when I say it’s going to take me a few days to get this all cut and ready for you!  I’ll let you know when I have it ready for pickup or to mail.

One of the items I was most looking forward to in my box today was the Stampin’ Up! handmade memo boardBeautiful Butterflies die for the Big Shot.  I had a project lined up and ready to do as soon as I could unpack the die.  You can see here what I did.  These are the same little handstamped memo pads like I made a few days ago, but with butterflies.

Believe it or not, when I took the four memo pads I had made to the Amish Market last week I had a lady buy two of them before they Stampin' Up! handmade memo boardeven made it on the shelf.  Now that’s exciting!  I wish the rest would go just as fast!  I am making some more so I can get these to the market in the next couple days.  Aren’t the butterflies cute?

The trail for the butterfly says “if nothing ever changed there would be no butterflies – unknown”.    The wording and stamped butterfly image are from the Flight of the Butterfly stamp set.  The designed paper is Delicate Dots Designer Series Paper which is free this month for Sale-A-Bration with a qualifying order.

On the second memo board, I used the Bella Rose Designer Series Paper and stamped on the Post It note with A Rose is a Rose stamp set.  The cork butterfly here is larger than the others but in the same die.

I am very excited to let you know that I was spotlighted by a fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrator who lives out west, Sherrill Graff.  If you would like to see it you can click here.  I feel very honored to have chosen!

As always, thank you for stopping by!  I hope I have inspired you in your creativeness today!
