Pictures from the Kids Stampin' Camp

Stampin' Up! with KidsThe kids had a great time stamping on Friday!  We made the little lunchbag scrapbook that I showed you other day, plus they each made a framed sign with their name on it.

For the mini scrapbooks we relied on the Prehistoric Pals stamp set along with the colors of Certainly Celery, Pacific Point, Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip and Whisper White.

We used the Zoofari stamp set (which is retiring at the end of Stamping event for kidsthis month just like Prehistoric Pals is) and then colored in the animals with Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Pencils.  The letters for their names were cut out with the Big Shot.  I had every intention of letting the kids use the Big Shot to cut their letters, however, we started running short on time so I just cut them myself.  I’m sure they would have liked cranking the handle on the Big Shot though!

Prehistoric Pals stamp setI am going to be checking my schedule and possibly holding some more of these camps this summer.  The kids love a chance to get out with other kids and stamping is always a hit!  Once I have consulted my calendar I will will post additional dates well in advance.

Zoofari stamping with kidsIf you would like to leave a comment for these boys about their beautiful artwork I know they would love to read them and I’ll be sure to share!  They did such a nice job and were very well behaved, therefore, I was able to have lots of fun too!!!

Thanks for stopping by!
