Playing with Baskets and Blooms

by Becky on April 27, 2009

Basket and Blooms I took some time to play with the Stampin’ Up! Baskets and Blooms Bigz XL Die today.  I’ve seen people making a new sort of basket with the die and figured I could do it too!

Here’s it is!  I made the basket out of Chocolate Chip cardstock and then used some scraps of Designer Series Baskets and Blooms side view

Paper (DSP) to create the flowers on front.  I used the 1 1/4″ Pink Pirouette grosgrain ribbon to tie the top of the basket together.

As you can see, I tucked some Hershey Kisses inside the basket and I think I might just give this to my hostess tomorrow night as  little thank you for all her hard work.  Tomorrow’s event is in Rising Sun, MD and the ladies there will be making 10 cards each.  I’m looking forward to it as I hope they are!
