Punch Bunch Owl Cards

Punch Bunch stamp set

It’s so much fun to receive handmade cards in the mail!  Last week I received two!  The one you see here was from my upline, Jan.  I wanted to share it because it was made using the owl stamp out of the Punch Bunch stamp set which is available for free during Sale-A-Bration.  I’m afraid I have yet to use that particular stamp.  I blame it on the fact that I do not have the owl punch, but really, I guess I’m just lazy.  I could use my paper snips to cut it out!

The other items you see used in this card are the Full Heart Punch, First Edition DSP, Basic Black Classic Ink, Basic Black cardstock, Whisper White cardstock and Rose Red cardstock.

So Happy for You stamp set

This is the second card I received.  It was from another upline, Connie!  What are the chances of getting two handmade cards in a week and they’re made with the very same stamp from the very same stamp set?  How very fun!  This card also uses the So Happy for You stamp set which is also available for free during Sale-A-Bration.

The items used on this card include Baja Breeze, So Saffron and Whisper White cardstock, Baja Breeze Seam Binding, Poppy Parade DSP and Classic ink, the1 3/4″ Scallop Circle punch, Decorative Label Punch, and the Scallop Trim Border Punch.

How very fun to receive these two cards!

  4. Hi Becky,
I have a few questions about your onesie card. I also looked at your tutorial, maybe I missed the information since I kept thinking how adorable it was. 🙂
~ What color is the cardstock used for the onesie?
~ Did you use a stamp & versa mark to make the decoration on the onesie?
~ How did you get a straight scallop circle for the armholes?
~Did you use a punch for the dots underneath the bow?
    ~ Are the snaps eyelets?
~ What type of ribbon did you use?
Love this cute card! I’d love to be able to create it myself. It’s just adorable & versatile that it could be used for both a boy or girl.
Thank you for sharing you beautiful creations!
    Ann 🙂
