Punch Potpourri Handmade Card

Simple and Heartfelt

Happy Thursday to  everyone!  I’m sorry I didn’t post yesterday!  I had ever intention of doing so and was sitting down with the computer Tuesday night . . . when the power went out.  Amazingly enough, only our house and the box outside (those who come here know what I’m talking about) lost power.  All of our neighbors still had lights on.  How does that happen?  It didn’t come back on until 3:30 or so in the morning.

I need to keep this short and simple today as I prepare for a super busy weekend with Andrew’s sister getting married.  I’m going to try to post throughout the weekend but I’m afraid I can’t make any promises.

I was put in charge of making Thank You cards for the Bride and Groom.  This is one of the cards I considered making.  I think it’s very simple and elegant in its own way but when I took into consideration the amount of time it would take to do the scoring and cut the heart out (I don’t own the Full Heart punch so it would have had to be done by hand) . . . I decided not this time.  Afterall, I ended up needing to make 48 cards within a couple hours yesterday afternoon . . .

It’s a simple card and I love it, I’ll just have to wait for another time to use it.

Thank you for stopping by today!  I hope you’ll flood me with comments so that when I get to check my blog this evening I’ll have some reading to do!  Have a wonderful day!
