Remarkably Achieving Demonstrators Retreat

Remarkably Achieving Demonstrators Retreat

I hope you have had a great start to your week!    I want to thank all of you who prayed for my trip and my husband’s surgery.  The trip was a blast (I’ll be sharing more about that) and Andrew made it through his surgery wonderfully!  It is going to take him some time to recover and he still has some unpleasant procedures to endure in the next couple weeks but hopefully he is on his way to clear sinuses and non-infected ears!

New Stamps!

As many of you know, I was away Thursday through Sunday of last week.  One of my upline members treated 13 of us to a wonderful get-away full of stamping, laughter and fun!  We worked hard all year to earn this privilege!  One of the big treats was having almost all of the new items from the upcoming Mini and Sale-A-Bration catalogs to create with!  Boy did we come up with some great ideas with the wonderful new product we’re getting!!!

Just in case you think I’m kidding, this picture is of my friend Carolyn holding all the new Stampin’ Up! stamp sets we had to play with!  Wow!  I can’t wait to get those catalogs so I can start passing them out to you.  Sale-A-Bration, here we come!  Speaking of which, Sale-A-Bration is January 24 – March 31 – please contact me to book your party today!!

Sneak Peeks

And here’s a little sneak peek at just a few of the creations we came up.  You wouldn’t believe how much creating we did!  I look forward to sharing many creations with you.  I tried to focus my time on creating items we will be creating in classes during the winter months.  For example, I created all the pages for the Scrapbook in a Day class in January, several upcoming Scrap Club layouts, some extra fun Big Shot projects and so on.

I can’t tell you how inspiring it is to spend so much time with fellow demonstrators!  Some of the demonstrators there are part of the Founder’s Circle  and Advisory Board, I have so much to learn from them and they inspire me to want to reach for those goals myself!

I can’t close without one more picture.  We went on a field trip to Hershey on Friday.  Other than getting carsick . . . it was a wonderful time! Some of them got to create their own candybar (while I slept in the car) and then we had chocolate tasting from the various chocolate providers around the world and then we visited Candy Lane at Hershey Park.  While we were there we were on teams trying to take as many pictures as possible with various Hershey characters.  I thought you might like to see this picture too.

I look forward to seeing a good number of you at the Christmas Card class tonight!  It’s hard to believe it’s the last one for this year!  See you there!

  1. Looks like you had a terrific time! I cannot wait to see all of the new items….exciting! Love the photos! 🙂

  2. Welcome back! We’ve missed you! It sounds like you had a great time that was very well deserved.

  3. So glad to know that Andrew came through with flying colors and a lot of hurt I am sure. See you tonight!!!! Can’t wait.
