Scrapbooking a Fall Birthday

Scrapbooking a Fall Birthday

Here’s scrapbook layout number 2 for Scrap Club this coming Monday!  I’m keeping them pretty simple this month but fun with all the Designer Series Paper.  This particular paper is retired but I have so much of it, I couldn’t resist using it for these pages.

Believe it or not, I seem to be caught up on all of my fall pictures for scrapbooking so I’ve found myself scrounging for pictures.  These pictures were taken 2 years ago celebrating my mom’s October birthday so I figured I could go a little fall on them and be okay.  I think my next scrapbook layout is going to be without pictures for a little bit.  Ethan’s class is going to pick pumpkins on Monday so I’ll just have to put them on the pages later!

I used some of our fabric to cut out a couple leaves for this page.  They add a nice texture change.  Also, the retired vanilla ribbon running down the side on the right is velvety, once again adding some texture to the page.

Thank you for stopping by!  I’m off to create our third Scrap Club layout!
