Scrapbooking Military Photos

Today we have another scrapbook layout from my brother’s scrapbook I made earlier this month. This is a simple layout that worked very well for a 2-page layout with only 3 pictures to work with.

If you look closely you’ll see the name of the country 3 times on each page (once in white and the other two times faintly in the navy.  This started out as a mistake when I accidentally glued “France” on upside down.  To fix my error, I purposefully wrote the name of each country a few more times with the 2-way glue pen.  When the glue was just about dry I used the adhesive eraser on it  I think it took more work to fix my mistake than to redo the page but I like the overall effect.

Thank you for stopping by!

Great recovery! Serendipity at work again. :) It does make a nice and artful effect.

I like knowing what creative things go on as you make things! Seems like when we think we make ‘mistakes’ its just a creative opportunity :)
