Scrapbooking Our New Family Pictures

Scrapbooking Our New Family Pictures

We recently went to have our family picture taken, and of course purchased a bunch of pictures to share and scrapbook.  I thought I would use some of those this month for my layouts!  Here is the first.

The background might be a little hard to see in the pictures.  We are sponging the background design so it’s not going to show up really sharp in the pictures since it is supposed to be subtle.

I wanted the background to tie in with the background of the pictures I am using.

This subtle background will work well with many different pictures.  Think of brick/stone buildings or backgrounds, vintage pictures, shabby chic, or even spring.  You might have pictures from a museum or old family portraits that would work well with this as well.

We will be making this layout in the Scrapbooking Classes this month!  There are two more layouts to come . . . just as soon as I get them created tomorrow morning . . .

By the way, stay tuned for our Holiday Extravaganza event beginning on Monday, November 20!

  1. Becky, thank you for sharing your “Scrapbooking Our New Family Pictures ” with all of us. You did a super wonderful job displaying your family photos. I love the way that you framed each one and the boys sure are growing up and are very handsome. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful portraits.
