Simple Baroque Motifs Handmade Cards

Chocolate Chip Ribbon

I had a couple minutes this evening to make a quick card, which turned into making two quick cards.  I decided to make 6 1/2″ x 3 1/4″ cards for a change using the Baroque motifs stamp set.

Stampin' Up! Chocolate Chip Accessories

This is the first card I made.  I used the 1 1/4″ Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, a Chocolate Chip Neutral Brad and a Chocolate Chip Corduroy Button.  You know, I realized something this evening, all of the Chocolate Chip ribbon is retiring!  Yikes!  That is probably one of the colors I use the most in ribbon!  I guess I’m going to have to get excited for a new color soon.

Handmade Card

As I was making the first card I thought I kind of liked it before putting on the medallion so I made a second card.  What do you think?  Which do you like better?   The nice thing about this card, it’s incredibly easy to make!  Since I already had the idea, this card only took about 2 minutes to make!
