Stampin’ Up! at the Mason-Dixon Library in Stewartstown, PA

Stampin' Up! Medallion & Fresh Cuts Stamp Sets

I sat down today with the Thank You Card Class in mind.  The class is schedule for next Monday, January 11.  I’m very excited about this class being held at the Mason-Dixon library in Stewartstown, PA.  Now, just because I said I was working with the class in mind doesn’t mean we’ll be making this particular card.  To be quite truthful, I have not made my final decision about the cards we’ll be making in the class yet.  This may be one but then again it may not.

Here’s a close-up of the card I made.  I embossed the Stampin’ Up! Medallion in black and then used one of our 5/8″ Jumbo Brads in the center.  I didn’t want a big knot on my Basic Black wide grosgrain ribbon so I used some silver cord to tie on my “bow”.  The “Thank you” from the Fresh Cuts stamp set is stamped in our silver encore ink.

If you haven’t signed up for the class at the library yet please do so, with payment, by this Saturday so I can plan accordingly.  The class is on Monday, January 11, 2009 and begins promptly at 6:00 P.M.  The library closes at 8:00 so we will be done and out by that time.  You can register by contacting me directly or by picking up a registration form at the library.  The cost is $15.00 due at the time of registration.

Thank you for stopping by!  If you have a minute to leave a comment I’d love to hear from you!

Wow this card is really beautiful. I haven’t inked this stamp yet so I may have to go case this one. It looks like it would use a lot on embossing powder, but if it really doesn’t I have use this one as one of my cards. Thanks for the inspiration.

Love this card. Just beautiful. This one of the stamps that I wish we had in Australia. Oh well we can hope and wait.

This card is amazing! When I first looked at it, it looked almost like the black medallion was leather. I still haven’t bought this stamp yet but I just might have to so I can case this card. Thanks for sharing!
