Stampin’ Up! Disney Incentive Trip

Stampin’ Up! Disney Incentive Trip

We returned from Disney World on Friday evening, what a great time we had on our very first Stampin’ Up! incentive trip!  I’ll be sharing pictures with you during the next week as I try to catch up on sleep and get back to stamping!  Here we are bright and early Monday morning in front of Cinderella’s Castle.  We were up very early and in the park before it was even open!

Why so early?  Stampin’ Up! scheduled private viewings of the Monster Laugh Floor comedy act for us to go to!  I’m not a morning person (and being up, dressed and to breakfast at 6:00 with three boys is way too early!) but it was worth it!  We had a great time laughing with the Disney monsters and Micah and Mommy even ended up on the screen (If you’ve been there you know what I mean.)

After the show we were supposed to have enough time to make it to the front of the park to watch Mickey and friends open the gates to Magic Kingdom.  Unfortunately, we didn’t really know where we were supposed to be so we saw the backs of the characters instead of the fronts.  Oh well, it had it’s perks!

When the opening ended we watching people come running in (literally) to get to the rides first.  It suddenly dawned on us that we should probably get moving and try to get to something . . .   So, we walked up the stairs to the building right in front of use having no clue what was there.  As it turned out, we got to be the very first family to visit with Mickey and Minnie for the day!  In fact, they even gave us a little certificate for being the first!  Oh the scrapbooking I’ll be doing!  Micah and Jaan were pretty shy with the characters but Ethan (youngest) LOVED it!  He was so incredibly excited!  Of course the boys were prepared with their autograph books and Stampin’ Write Markers, compliments of Stampin’ Up!

Despite Micah’s lack of excitement over seeing Mickey, he did want to stand in the long line to see Buzz Lightyear.  I found it very fun to see that Buzz stamps his autograph!  Go Buzz!  I should have recruited him!

One of the things I was most looking forward to on my first Incentive trip is the pillow gifts Stampin’ Up! gives each night!  It’s so much fun to walk in the room in the evening to see what has been left on your bed!  I’ll be sharing some of these with you  this week, as well as some of the prizes I received when I spun the wheel (more details another day) but I can’t share all of them with you . . . some are new Stampin’ Up! product I can’t share just yet!!!

This is a picture of our first Pillow Gift.  They gave us a fun bag with a cooler compartment on the bottom and our name embroidered on the front.  It was full of these yummy treats!  That’s just the beginning of the fun!

One last picture for you today.  This is one I’m really looking forward to scrapbooking!  Know what it is?  No, I didn’t crop the picture – it’s going to make a great 8×10 background picture on a page!  I can’t wait to get started!

Thank you for stopping by today!  Keep coming back this week for more posts about my trip to Disney World, compliments of Stampin’ Up!
