Stampin' Up! Happy Scrapbook Page

Stampin' Up! Scrapbook Layout

I want to share the third scrapbook layout for Scrapbook Club this month.  I came up with this page yesterday and I’m pleased with it.  There is a bit more “white space” than I’m used to but I like it!  I have such a happy little guy and this is a great way to show him off!

Beautiful Wings Embosslit Die

Each of the squares you see are 2″ in size.  Now, more often than not, I take rather close up pictures which wouldn’t have worked very well for this page.  I had to find some pictures that were taken from a bit of a distance in order to get such small squares.

If you’re like me though, and have lots of close up pictures, this could be a neat way to present a baby.  On a close-up picture cut out a square of the babies ear, and one of it’s hand, and one of a foot and so on.  I’m sure you get the idea.  Then on the right-hand page have a full picture.  That could be such a neat page!

Stampin' Up! Color Renovation Colors

To make this page, I dug out the few scraps I have left of Baja Breeze and Pacific Point.  Both of these colors are coming back with the color renovation.  The designer paper is retired, I think it was called something like Parisian Breeze.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing this page.  I look forward to making this same layout with the Scrap Club on Monday, April 19 at the Mason-Dixon Library in Stewartstown, PA.

That’s definitely the happiest little face I’ve seen all week! Very cute, and I like your page design, too.

Can you give me more instructions on the baby onsie invitation you made for lara? What size paper did you use and how did you cut the slants on the side? Thank you so much for your time.
