Sunglasses Scrapbook Page Layout

Today’s scrapbook pages are a little different but fun.  Ethan “bought” a pair of sunglasses from the Awana Store at church as well as a little fishing game.  He  was playing with them that evening in his pajamas that were miss-buttoned.  So very cute!  I just had to snap some pictures.

When I sat down to scrapbook the pictures I thought it would be fun to make the page into a pair of sunglasses.

SU! Ornament punch fish

Seeing as those cheap little sunglasses always have something in the corners, I thought it would be fun to make some little fish to go along with his fishing game.  These little fish were made with the Stampin’ Up! Ornament Punch and one of the stamps from the Build a Blossom stamp set.

The designer paper you see is from a retired Simply Scrappin’ Kit called Primary Colors which can be found on the Clearance Rack of my Online Stampin’ Up! Store right now  for just $7.99.  The green cardstock for the glasses is retired as well, it’s Glorious Green.

Those in Scrap Club will be making this scrapbook layout.  I think this would be cute for pictures of little ones with their glasses on or pictures of things you would see through your sunglasses like pretty sandy beaches, a baseball game  or pool pictures . . . . So many fun things you can “see” through your glasses!

Thank you for stopping by today!  I look forward to lots of fun projects coming up this week!
