Sweet Always & Daisy Flowers

Sweet Always & Sincere SalutationsHere is the card we did as a make n take at the stampin’ party in Baltimore, MD yesterday.  We used the Daisies #2 die with the Big Shot to make the flower.  For the center we took a little piece of Pumpkin Pie Grosgrain Ribbon and tied a double not in it.  That knot was then poked through the hole in the middle of the flower.  I’m not sure what made me think of that idea but I thought it gave a neat look to it.  A little added dimension Daisy flower Big Shot Dieand texture.

The designer paper you see is the Sweet Always DSP.  The two cards showing used the same sheet of DSP, I just turned it over for the other side. I love having double sided DSP, it gives so many more choices!

With Whisper White cardstock, Pumpkin Pie cardstock, some Whisper White grosgrain ribbon and the Sincere Salutations stamp set, this is what came out.  It’s a very fun, summery card!
