Wedding or Princess Dress Napkin

by Becky on May 20, 2009

Wedding Shower NapkinsI had fun making up a bunch of these today for a bridal shower on Saturday.  Isn’t it so cute?!  This is a napkin and then I used the Stampin’ Up! Round Tab,1/2″ Circle, and Trio Flower punches to create the bodice with Whisper White and Pretty in Pink cardstock.  A piece of Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon holds it together.  Very simple and very elegant!

When I held one of these dresses up and asked my five year old son what it was he said a “princess.”    That made me think that this could easily be used for a little girls princess party or birthday party as well.  For that matter, mother/daughter banquets or teas would work too.  The possibilities are endless when you think about all the different color napkins out there!

Very cool, Becky! With a daughter who likes to play dress-up, we’ll have to keep this in mind….
