Taco Fiesta Handmade Card

Taco Fiesta Handmade Card

I haven’t posted a project in forever, I know.  Rather than making excuses, let me get right to showing you something new!

I have two cards to share with you which were made with the new Taco Fiesta stamp set which can be found on page 48 of the Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog.  What a cute set!  Have you noticed it?  Honestly it can be easy to overlook the sets that don’t have an entire suite of coordinating products like the dies and Designer Series Paper, but don’t overlook this one, especially if you like tacos!  (I happen to be  huge fan of Mexican food myself!)

Here are the cute images in the stamp set.  Aren’t they fun?  You can stamp those little faces on the taco or burrito, or . . .  cute!!

So, what can you do with the set?

Well, here’s one idea.  We made this recently in the Guy Cards class.  I thought this was quite cute for a guy!  I have another idea to share with you too, and I like this one even better!

How do you like that? I saw a similar card online and wanted to make my own version to share with you.  I have a feeling we will be seeing this in an upcoming class, I’m just not sure which one yet.  This card has great texture and color although as usual, I feel like the picture really doesn’t do the card justice.

I’m so glad you took the time to stop by!  We have a lot of Stampin’ Up! classes on the calendar so if you live in the area, I would love for you to check them out and sign up to attend something soon!  Also, don’t forget that it’s Sale-A-Bration time!  We are only having one Sale-A-Bration sale this year, January – February, so you’ll want to take advantage of the free goodies you can earn with a qualifying purchase!
