Wedding Shower Invitations & Favors

Wedding Shower Invitations & Favors

I took some time yesterday to sit down and create some handmade bridal shower favors I’ve been wanting to create.  I still love using the retired To Have and to Hold stamp set from several years back.  It’s a favorite!  I used it recently on some Tea for Two packets I sold to someone and I wanted to pull it out again with black and white and a splash of Cherry Cobbler.

Here’s a close up of one of the packets with the bride and groom.  It’s hard to tell, but I used a Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Write Marker to color in the flowers in the bridal bouquet, the flower in her hair and the grooms bow tie.  The figures are embossing with black embossing powder.  Wouldn’t these be cute sitting at each spot at a bridal shower?

And here’s a quick peek at the inside.  I used Cherry Cobbler ink with a swirl stamp from the To Have and to Hold stamp set.  Love that little swirl!

I hope you don’t mind me sharing yet another Tea for Two Packet.  I know you’ve seen a lot of them on here, it’s just that I finally got to sit down and stamp and I wanted to share it with you.  This coming week I hope to pull out more new stamping supplies and really get back to work!

I also want to share a card one of my dowline members, Amanda, made.  She created this lovely wedding dress shaped bridal shower invitation card.  It’s beautiful don’t you think?  I challenged her to come up with a bridal shower invitation card to offer for sale on her Etsy store and I think she outdid herself!  I asked her permission to share this picture with you.

Thank you for taking the time to stop by today!  I hope have a wonderful, and cool, weekend!

My daughter Katerina and I felt in Love with Amanda’s wedding dress shaped bridal shower invitation card . The one discontinued but that shown on this page. Is for her 15th Sweet Birthday.
We wonder if Amanda would tell us how much would they be worth making and if she be interested in doing them for Katerina Leticia.
We lived in San Juan, Puerto Rico
They are so beautiful and it’s traditional fir girls in PR to wear white long gowns to their 15th birthday.

  5. Hi Loannette,

I tried to contact you in regards to your inquiry regarding purchasing some of these cards. Unfortuantely, I am getting a delivery status failure when I try to use the email address you left. If you would like to recontact me, I would love to talk to you regarding these.

    Thank you,
    Becky
